All participants are invited to register and submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The submitted abstracts will be reviewed for their acceptance by the Organising Committee. The accepted abstracts will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to all symposium attendants.
For each session, a slot in the programme will be available for an oral communication selected out of the submitted abstracts. In addition, an open MedChem session on "Drug Discovery Tales" will have 3 open slots for oral communications. Participants wishing to present an oral communication or a poster should submit abstracts using the abstract submission menu available on the website. The preference of oral and poster presentation should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process (please tick where appropriate on the form). Applicants will also be invited to indicate for which topic they would like to be selected.
Please note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. Accepted summaries will however only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium, after full payment of the registration fee.
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please call us on +32 10 45 47 77 or send us an email to secretariat@LDOrganisation.com, to make sure we have received your abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission tool available under the Registration menu on this website.
