Scammers are regularly targeting speakers and committee members whose names are published on the symposium website.

Most of the times, specific details from the symposium are included in their message (via phone or email). Please note that, unless specifically indicated, the symposium secretariat doesn’t appoint any third-party service provider to contact our participants for accommodation bookings.

Any official communication will be sent directly via the symposium secretariat (secretariat@ldorganisation.com) or by one of our team members through an @ldorganisation.com email address.

No emails are sent via Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail, or other accounts. If you receive such requests, please disregard and do not engage with the sender.

We invite you to plan in advance and make your bookings early, as the destination is quite popular during the Winter!

Please also note, that many hotels and pensions, offer their rooms only on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, especially during the Winter season.

Two easy ways to book a room:

1. Options have been taken for participants in several hotels around the conference venue. Options have been taken from Saturday January 27 to Friday February 2, but most of these hotels accept bookings for less than 1 week. The booking process for those guaranteed rooms is not possible via an online booking page, but very easy nevertheless with the help of David Urbanz from Kongresse & Events St. Anton am Arlberg:

• Once you have made your selection, please download the attached booking form
• Once completed with your preferences, send it by email to David Urbanz 
• Within the next days, you will receive a proposal directly from the available hotel
• Please note that the booking will be made directly between you and the hotel, not with Kongresse & Events St. Anton am Arlberg

As most of these options are only guaranteed until 31.10.2023 (unless another date is mentioned in red in the list) and are allocated upon availability, we invite you to book rapidly.

2. You also have the possibility to make your booking online. Complete information about all available accommodation possibilities can be found via the booking page of St. Anton. To avoid transportation by bus to the conference site, we recommend to choose only hotels and pensions* located in St. Anton. You have a filter to do so in the application.

* for those who are not familiar with the classification of hotels in Austria, Pensions and Hotel-Garni are generally smaller, family run hotels, offering a more personal atmosphere.
